Pastor Orville Anthony Bulgin is a preacher, shepherd, evangelist, and chaplain whose ministry is rooted in a passion for leading people into a saving and transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, and grew-up in Joint-wood, St. Elizabeth, Pastor Bulgin answered the call to gospel ministry in 2008. He earned a Diploma in Applied Ministries from Mission College of Evangelism and served as a lay evangelist in the Albert Lea  circuit of the Minnesota Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Theology (2011) and a Master of Divinity (2015) from Andrews University. During his seminary years, he battled viral meningitis and was paralyzed for  nearly a year. By God’s grace, he recovered fully, and that season shaped his deep compassion for those facing suffering, grief, and uncertainty.

In 2016, Pastor Bulgin joined the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, serving as Associate Pastor of the Linden Seventh-day Adventist Church in Laurelton, Queens, and later as Senior Pastor of the Shalom Seventh-day Adventist Church in  Waterbury, Connecticut, and Interim Pastor of the Newburgh Tabernacle and Beacon Light Tabernacle Seventh-day Adventist churches in Hudson Valley, New York. From July 2022 to August 2026, he pastored the New Dimension Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brooklyn, where he led the congregation through a debt-free renovation of its entire facility, and dedicated in September 2025, while nurturing members toward deeper discipleship and spiritual maturity.

Pastor Bulgin is also a professional chaplain. He is a member of the New York State Chaplain Task Force and has completed four units of Association of Clinical Pastoral Education and Residency (ACPE), at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York,  where he ministered to patients, families, and healthcare professionals in some of life’s most difficult moments. He is also preparing for Board Certification through the Board of Chaplaincy Certification Inc. (BCCI) and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry degree.

He is married to Taisha Renee Holmes-Bulgin, a Registered Nurse, musical artist, author, and founder and CEO of Revitalization Wellness Consultants, LLC. Together they are blessed with three children: Sarah, Orville Jr. (deceased), and Samuel. Pastor Bulgin’s ministry is anchored in Romans 10:9, and his mission remains the same wherever he serves: to help people encounter Jesus Christ, experience the transforming power of His grace, and prepare for His soon return.
